Pricing & Engagement Approach
Services are scoped according to regulatory requirements and the objectives of the engagement.
Commercial terms are defined in advance to ensure transparency and predictability.
.
Principles
All services are delivered within regulated environments and follow established GMP and GDP requirements.
For this reason, engagements are defined based on scope, deliverables, and regulatory relevance rather than fixed off-the-shelf pricing.
How Pricing Is Determined
Type of service (consulting, audit, training)
Regulatory scope and applicable guidelines (GMP, GDP, GACP, data integrity)
Size and complexity of the organization
On-site versus remote activities
Required reporting depth and documentation
Project duration and timeline constraints
Typical Engagement Models
Depending on the nature of the engagement, services may be provided under different commercial models:
Fixed-price project engagements
Daily rates for audits and on-site activities
Defined consulting phases or work packages
Training day rates (on-site or remote)
The selected model is agreed in advance and confirmed in writing prior to project start.
Audit Engagements
For audit engagements, scope, duration, and reporting requirements are defined upfront.
A draft report is first provided to the client for review and factual clarification.
One review cycle is included before finalization.
The final audit report is then issued to the auditee and the client as agreed.
Expenses
Travel and related expenses are handled transparently.
Where applicable, expenses are either agreed in advance or charged according to actual cost.
No hidden fees are applied.
Commercial Transparency
An initial professional exchange is offered to clarify scope, expectations, and regulatory context before any commercial commitment.
